First, you need to restore the Cafe Theater. After each restoration,a task opens. There are 5 tasks in total. The screenshot shows the entrance and the place where you need to stand. If no one is performing on stage - no problem it happens. In this case, you will need to come back later. You don't have to watch the whole performance.
