Assasins Creed Unity Camera Angle Issue

I am having issues with the camera angle. When I let go of the xbox controler the camera angle points to the sky. This happens with the mouse as well. I have to constantly balance the controles so that the camera is pointing ahead of me. How can this be fixed? I have already re-installed the game but same issue keeps happening.

Did you ever get this resolved? I finally got around to launching the game and it is doing the same damned thing to me. I know this is an old response, but no one ever replied to you.
