I think that's an issue with the client provided by steam. Update the client by going to the actual ubisoft website.

I can't guarantee that fixes it, but I read someone fixing that issue like that in another thread not too long ago.

It did , I had to uninstall steams uplay and install the updatedone fromtheir website .

By the way , I noticed the helixpoibts and how they cost money and that is just off.
All I want is some co op with the ability to customize my charecter , 2 copies of the gane are heavy enough formy wallet , would youplease pleasemind sharing your savegame with me ?/:

I didn't buy helix points, so I'm afraid that's no help. I also uninstalled so I don't have savegames, and that would be cheating yourself out of the experience of progression. Honestly, it doesn't take that long to earn some money in the game if you set your mind to it.
