Is it okay to play Unity without the parkour mods and other stuff?

Hello, to the brotherhood of assassins,
I just installed AC Unity and I watched videos about the fix of in game issues using mods.
I want to play every AC game without any mods so, do you guys recommend playing AC Unity without those mods that they said, that made the game better? Can I play finish it without any problem?

Of course, we've been doing that. The ACUfixes (mod) just arrive not long ago.
