helix artifact bug

i have to collect 1 artifact in la belle epoque tornade, but the artifact i need can not show up. instead of it i can see transparent artifact i have collected in the same place 20 times in a row

Than try the different ones. Maybe you need a different one.

I am having the same problem. Specifically, I am struggling with the Data Harvest mission.

I was able to find them. I think these missions just have terrible RNG.
