Borderless fullscreen doesn't work.

I just bought the game on ubisoft connect a few hours ago and the game constantly crashes in fullscreen, the only solution is either borderless fullscreen or windowed, but borderless appears with phone like aspect ratio, big black borders on the sides.

try changing the aspect ratio or turn on stretch, I believe both are options in the menu. Also, I discovered if the game runs over 130fps, textures and buildings don't load/render. I had to crank MSAA to 8x, or cap fps to 120 in nvidia control panel

stretch doesn't do anything. I'll try capping fps to 60 to see if it works better.

what resolution monitor do you have? borderless works fine for me on a 1080p display, but im running the game in fullscreen now because im using DSR to render the game at 1440p

Hi, my Assassins creed unity wouldn't run until I changed my NVidia card settings to a 16:9 ratio instead of 16:10.
