Now, I may be wrong but if I remember correctly, main missions and important locations should be revealed immediately after synchronization but the collectibles may be generally 'discovered' as you explore the map or they should be revealed after synchronization (I am unfortunately not sure which). I can however tell you with certainty that once you synchronize a sector on the map, that sector should no longer be shrouded.
You say you started experiencing this problem after which mission exactly? If you could tell me the title and summarize it for me, perhaps I can offer better insight.
the thread also mentioned that i was in a franciade map in Dead kings DLC ! lol I didn't know the game i purchased had a dlc and also said that i may have clicked on the F icon near the cafe... which i remembered i clicked it haha!
i'm still transitioning from playing my previous game witcher... this game is so different and i love it too!
thanks for your response again! appreciate it! :)
It's indeed quite the transition from the witcher series and most other games as well. I'm guessing this is your first Assassin's Creed game, Unity is often considered a difficult game to begin with if one is not accustomed with the series. Assassin's Creed is in a league of their own when it comes to game design and multi layered story lines. I am a big Assassin's Creed fan and if you like Unity, you might give the other games a try as well.
Anyway, happy gaming. Should you have any other questions, I would be happy to lend a hand to the best of my abilities.
Thanks for reaching out!
I'm glad that you were able to resolve this issue :)
