Are helix credits no longer available for Unity?

Helix Credits I believe should still be available, do they not appear in the In-Game Store for you?

they do in game on steam, but can't seem to buy them, but they do not appear in the ubisoft app. When I do a search. the only helix credits that show up are for syndicate.

What occurs when you try to purchase them In-Game? Do you get an error message, and if so what does the message state?

I believe I can answer for estore in game:
When I choose hellix pack from estore in game, it show payments method. Only steam appear. After confirm, it displayed this errors:

And this problem presist at least for a month.

In the game is an online store where you can purchase credits to buy maps to the collectables. What does this have to do with cheat engine?

I didn't use them because I already racked up thousands in euros through co-op missions and bought all the best stealth gear.
