CAN'T PLAY ONLINE? Error 0x8000000d

Everytime I try to interact with the person ingame (the one with the red icon on the minimap) about a coop mission, nothing happens. When I try to acces the Club from the Café, it says error 0x8000000d.

Anyone knows why and how can I get it working?

I kept trying, and it finally worked. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, then I play single player and keep trying

you need to go to control panel > system and security> windows firewall> allowed programs>check and allow assasin's unity communicate through firewall

I did nothing, just kept trying untill I managed to find someone to do coop missions (Cuz when I tried, it just looked for people infinitly). But, like I said, sometimes it doesn't find anyone, and I'm pretty sure thats their problems, cuz when I do get to find someone, for the remainder of that gaming session I can find other people very easily.

Although I can't access Iniciates, no matter what I do. You could try what BurstFire suggested though!

i tried that but its already allowing the game.

can you describe your problem with detail? like can you connect to the online service at all? are you using steam version or uplay version? or you can connect to in game co-op but the match making takes forever to find people to play with you? what is the error code? Try to close your anti virus software too before you play.

firewalls-->ports edited, deleting game's rules (it'll appear in firewall rules when play the game)
then using VPN, it still error
