How to trigger the next memory "Fin de Siecle"?

I just finished the mission "Confession" and was in the middle of the next memory "Fin de Siecle". I was climbing the Statue of Liberty, when something interrupts my game and forced me to exit the game. I expected to continue game from the last checkpoint in the Belle Epoque era, but when I start the game, it brought me back to the French Revolution era, and I don't know how to trigger the next memory, which is the "Fin de Siecle".

Please help me, anyone. I'm stuck here without any idea how to progress the story, which supposed to be the "Fin de Siecle".

I suggest check walkthrough and see if you miss anything or something

I don't think I miss anything. In my progress tracker, sequence 3, the first and second memory (graduation and confession) are colored gold, which means completed perfectly, while the third memory (server bridge: fin de siecle) is still colored white, which means incomplete, and I can't click it or press enter or anything.

That's what I want to know exactly. My problem appeared after my game crashes when I was in the Belle Epoque era. After I reload the game, I was taken back to the main world map and I have no idea how to go back to Belle Epoque era. I'm guessing I have to take Arno to a certain place or talk to a certain NPC but I haven't found them so far.

Apparently this is the end of my playthrough of this game.
There is no advice on the Internet about this problem.

For me, at least, I found out that the "Physics Fix" mod causes the issue. Specifically, the "BelleEpoque" files.

read the mods post and bugs section as well as the description before installing. The crashes happen cuz of them in certain areas which they mention in either description or pin in posts how to avoid and continue. As for the physics patch it is mentioned that the file is named wrong. So instead of patch_01 ir goes in patch _03. So if u are just replacing the file instead of the content inside the file i'll break the mission cuz it repacks the file into patch_01 instead of 03.
