However, if like me, you happen to be a UK resident using the UK version of Steam, then I'm afraid you will not be able to access the Armaments Pack or the Secrets of the Revolution pack, because it is locked off from the region, for some reason which I'm not sure why. It might be because AC: Unity itself wasn't listed on the UK Steam store for some time either.
Because of this, AC:Unity is the only AC game on Steam which is not featured in my game library. While this gap in games is annoying, the only way to my knowledge of playing the game with all the DLCs is by purchasing the Uplay version and accompanying DLC content on the Ubisoft store. My hopes are that Steam might eventually add the DLC to the store, and then I'll purchase the Steam version too (while it's on a sale though, I don't want to be paying a full price tag for another copy), just so I can keep all my AC games centralised.
Hope that helps.
Thank you, for your detailed and helpful response. I'm UK and had ordered, but have since refunded. I may pick up on UPLAY.
Only on the second game though, having skipped them on their original release.
