Glassteel extractors

Hi.

i'm having trouble with a faction quest that requires me to build a Glassteel extrractor after i colonized the area. I have the required tech but it wont give me an option to build the extractor in the build menu. Is there something wrong or am i an idiot?

Any help would be appreciated. i just want to forward the quest.

Also it looks like i cant build ANY extractors on stragtegic resources anywhere in my empire even though i have the tech. Does anyone else have this?

Hmm, if you have the city selected and zoom out a bit and scroll to the glassteel, does it have a little circle-image-thing? Its a quick build-order icon.

Sounds like a bug though.

No it doesn't and i know what you mean. It shows up for watchtowers and luxury resources but for strategic resources it wont let me.

My only Strategic extractor i have is from an enemy city i annexed that was already built. I hope i'm not the only one with this problem.

It is very weird indeed especially if you have the required tech. But maybe you have not discovered the entire region yet and you do not have vision on the resource. Is that the case? Otherwise, in order to investigate on the issue we will need a save.

Thanks. and i do have vision on the resources and i even tested it out by settling right by the resource but still no option of extraction. I have completly discorved the entire continent.

Uh... You don't have the Glassteel and Titanium tech researched, Yellow.
