The Forgotten steal tech scaling.

Does anyone know if the Forgotten's tech-stealing trait scales? The only tech it seems to let me steal at the moment are 1st Era's, which isn't that helpful when The Forgotten can eclipes everyone in early-game tech quite easily.

You have to get your infinitration level up higher by spending more time in the city.

Higher levels of infiltration will allow you to steal higher level tech, every few turns infiltration level improves.

infiltration level 2 = era 1 techs
infiltration level 3 = era 2 techs
infiltration level 4 = era 3 techs
infiltration level 5 = era 4 techs
this means that it is practicly immpossible to win science victory but they are the weakest science race so what did you expect.

You can steal buy the era 6 techs, it's just lot easier to win with other conditions.
