No, it does not. Neither Shadows, nor Guardians.

It include the following (you can see the explainer on the Store Page, if you scroll down:

Endless Legend "Frozen Fangs" Add-on

It does not. There is a drop down of what it does include. To be fair it was the renamed founder edition, it wasn't ever a season pass. If you play other games its cool as the content is awesome. There is an update coming today with major patches and announced dlc there is a thread.

You get the Mezari skin pack for EL if you buy Crystal Pack for Dungeon of the Endless.

I am planning to buy the Emperor Edition just to support Amplitude, although the Mezari skin pack alone does not worth enough for me to buy a separate game...
