Igor the Sheep pet Soundquest part 3: can't find urces leader

Hi,
I was able to complete part 2 without issue, but the 3rd part is a mystery to me.
I was told to get the sheep back to the Urces leader with my hero wearing Igor by visiting a village.
The quest don't give me any hint where the village is supposed to be on the map.
I have searched any highlighted location on the map, but no luck.

I assign the hero to an army and send it to an urces village, but I only get the Options to attack or plunder the village.
Am I supposed to get the sheep back to a certain village or do any village of the urces work?

Ran into the same issue...tried every urces village in my empire and got nothing.

Sorry, maybe reddit has the answer then:

Yeeaaah, turns out that--for some reason--it was actually an Urces camp all the way across the map, in AI territory. It was a total accident that I even found it; I was just scanning their territory and found a village with a dust spotlight on it. Lo and behold, it's that quest... so have fun searching for that needle in a haystack.

Do you see 100% of the map? If not, try to find a different urces village.

Same exact problem. The quest is highlighting the pacified and constructed village next to my capital (which would make sense). But the highlighted village is not the right village.

I'm really annoyed to see that this bug still exists.
