Mac: Game crashing on start up

I bought the game and all the DLC during the free promotion and it started up fine. I noticed the Frozen Fangs DLC was missing, so waited for that issue to be fixed before playing more. I heard that was fixed now, but when I start up the game it crashes immediately.

I am playing on an MacBook Pro M3 Max on Sonoma 14.5.

Things I have tried:
1) Checking game file integrity. They were fine.
2) Uninstalling and reinstalling game.
3) Restarting Steam.
4) Restarting computer.
5) Disabling all DLC.
6) Reinstalling the Mono framework from the app folder.
7) Deleting the registry.xml file.
8) Disconnecting external monitors.

Nothing works. It always crashes immediately. I noticed from some forums that this has been a problem before on Macs.

As it worked a couple of days ago, I suspect this is something to do with the Frozen Fangs issue. Perhaps when resolving this issue, something broke in the Mac version.

I also updated from Sonoma 14.4 to 14.5 yesterday, so that is a possible cause. However, everything else still seems to work fine, so my guess it is to do with the Frozen Fangs fix.

I have uninstalled the game and applied for refund as I want to do that within the seven day period for refunds. However, if the game is fixed before the promotion finishes, I will repurchase.
