Anything to edit in any files for scaling?
I'd like to be able to play without a magnifying glass.
If this was an old game I would just suck it up and play at a low res. but they are still releasing DLC for this game, if they expect people to continue dropping money on this game in 2019, they need to support modern displays...
No. Unless its an OLD game, there's almost always some file that I can edit in a basic text editor(e.g. notepad++) and adjust ui scaling of at least some elements that way.
But you're definitely right. There's no excuse to NOT support a 4k display on a game actively getting DLC.
You know who supports 4k displays and is much older than this game? Titanquest. And thats just one of many examples.
I'm pretty sure that the segment of the playerbase that want a controller for their RTS game... is smaller than the segment that can't play at native resolution.
The only reason I mentioned titanquest was because of its age and willingness to provide proper UI scaling unlike endless legend.
This isn't a titanquest thread
Hence I thought you were talking about "controller support" for Endless legend.....
Which is stupid.
I want a ui I can actually play with lol.
