Report a translation problem
If you're talking about the chinese mod that was around before, apparently there was an issue with it: It linked to a pirated/cracked version of the game in the mod description. You really can't do that, even if you're not doing anything else bad.
Is there any guides or documents to teach something about that?

Open them with like notepad++ and start translating the text values.
I believe there's a guide on the official forums on how to turn your changes into a mod.
