Community Patch on non-English version.

If I install ELCP on non-English version, will there be a problem? Will I experience a mix of languages or maybe I lost some descriptions?

As long as you make use of any officially (b vanilla devs) supported language, you shouldn't experience any big issues.

I try to avoid changing descriptions for this very reason, most changes are to the automated effect lists. But If I have to change a description, the new english one will appear.
