Patch 1.8.52 and Cross-Platform Multiplayer

Hello everybody,


As you may have seen in the patch notes, we unfortunately could not release Patch 1.8.52 for Macintosh yet.

If you want to host a multiplayer game with players both on PC and Mac, PC Players will need to use version 1.8.45. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Open the Properties of Endless Legend
   
2. Go to the Betas section
3. Choose "rollback" in the dropdown menu
4. Steam should download the data for version 1.8.45
5. If it does not, try verifying the integrity of the game files or relaunching steam
6. Before starting the multiplayer game, verify the version number on the main menu of the game (show at the bottom left)

Sorry for the inconvenience. We hope to release Patch 1.8.52 for Mac soon as well.

Hello, I'm a huge fan of the companies games, BUT for some reason this game keeps crashing back to the desktop every-time I try to start it up?
I get as far as to the games title screen and then it sends me back to the desktop... does anyone know whats causing this please?
P.s. I also asked this same question in one other post and I also created a post on this question too to find an answer quicker.

P.S. if anyone is interested I have a currently updated Windows 10 pro 64bit version.
