Lava flow counts as river?

So does anyone know if lava flow counts as a river ragarding the diffrent Techs that gives river bounses?

From what I've seen, lava flows do not count as rivers. They do, however, have a tech that does work with them in era 3, I think it is?

Yeah I thought so. Dien't know abour the lave tech.
