Era IV Rare Armor:
- tier-1 hyperium ring: Disease Immunity (50i + 12 Hyperium)
- tier-1 mithrite bracelet Armband of Ailments: Disease Immunity + Disease 1 (50i + 12 Mithrite)
The armband will infect your own guys indirectly, as enemies next to them die off while they have Disease. (Eslek Tarosh's Sepulcher Sickness hero skill has the same problem.)
Quest-only (Era VI, but does not count toward the scientific victory) Arcane Armor:
- tier-3 hyperium ring: Unstoppable (immune to debuffs and disease) (110i + 48 Hyperium)
After you research these ... then you realize that maybe it's not worth that much Hyperium, and you could win the game faster by spending it on other things. Most of the Mithrite accessories have the same hidden cost.
