Game creation problem

so everytime I start a new game, it says "The game creation has failed (Argument cannot be null. parameter name: map)"
when I load a game, mostly it says "The game creation has failed (object reference not set to an instance of an object)", but sometimes it shows the first message instead
I've already reinstalled the game but that doesn't work.
Anybody could help? Thanks a lot

Turn off any additional antivirus software (BitDefender, Avast, whatever) and start game. In case game is running this way, turn on your antivirus software again and (try to) add Endless Space 2 to antivirus exceptions ("white list").

Actually the only antivirus software i have is Windows Defender... but thank you man
My guess is that i'm missing some software like visual c++ or that sort of things...
