Can't download Forgotten Love Add-on

I remembered already downloading this during the event. But now after a long time not playing the game, it seems that I dont have it anymore.

Clicking download on the store page launches the game. The content manager redirects to the store page and the cycle continues.

Is there a way to get this or is it not available anymore?

Did you find a solution for this yet? I have the exact same problem.

I may be able to offer a glimmer of hope regarding this long-standing problem (which, by the way, seems to be a Mac-only situation, though I'm not positive about that).

Ten days ago I submitted a ticket about this problem to Steam Support. After some unproductive back-and-forth with them, three days ago they (it's been someone different with each reply from them) told me this:

"I've tested this DLC on one of our Macs, and I'm also not seeing this DLC in the list. Thanks for taking the time to report this issue. I'm forwarding the information on to the appropriate developers so they can take a look at it. If we need additional information we'll reply here.

"While we investigate, please note that you may not receive another response to this help request."

I'll post here again if/when I receive any further response(s) from Steam. 🤞

Solution from War worked for me (Win7).

I have found a solution to this issue.
Library --> Endless Legend --> Right click for properties --> Select DLC tab --> Toggle the check box for the Artbook (or any other DLC/add-on that is stuck in the download/start the program cycle--I had issues with both the Forgotten Love and the Art book)

Steam will then "see" the individual package and begin a download without going to the respective product store page (where the steamID blocks the download and instead launches the program).

When the download completes the respective package will be installed--without having to fully uninstall and reinstall the whole program and/or steam itself.
