P.S. If I remember correctly, you can activate holy ressource in winter only ?! F**k, it's a long time ago, I played Endless Legend.

A useful link to Vaulters (or Mezari) guide is this one:

Your strategics that meet or exceed the cost threshold are shown with a box border, exactly as for luxury boosters. To set a strategic as your holy resource, just activate it once (by clicking on it). Then it's your holy resource "forever", until you activate a different one.
The booster-like benefit it gives has a 10-turn countdown, just like a luxury booster. But it remains your holy resource even after that countdown ends, for purposes of Technolover bonus and all improvements that require a holy resource cost, until you activate something else.
Also, during the 10-turn countdown, you can teleport your armies from city to city, for free (except it uses up all MPs for each teleporting army). Sometimes in midgame, you grit your teeth and pay 40 Glassteel you can't really afford, just to enable teleporting so you can dogpile your next victim. (After dogpiling, your next activation will cost 80 holy :)
When playing againstVaulter/Mezari, beat their invasions on the beach and don't let them capture any 1 region on your continent, or they'll promptly teleport their entire backfield in, and you'll never dig them out.
Does that mean that any strategic or luxury resource is a holy resource during the time it is used as a booster ?
I read somewhere that one resource must be chosen as a holy resource (to build very specific strucures I have still to do research for) but nothing more. I'm not fond of losing a lot of turns researching for structures I won't be able to build.
Thanks a lot, Groo and Gilmoy !
