I blue screen when playing this game.
We all get the occassional BSoD, but I've never had so many until I started playing this game.

I'm loving this game, I'm still playing my first attempt against the Necrophages and the Lizard people, can't remember their name, and I'm playing as that outer space race that research everything, I am not good with their names I'm sorry.

But everytime I boot up this game it's usually a 50/50 coin flip if I'm going to blue screen or not, so I save often, the last time I played I streamed it on Twitch, and managed to save just before I blue screened so I only lost one turn.

The blue screens give me the "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" page, so I know It's an issue with my RAM or how the game handles my RAM, I've got 16Gbs of DDR3, I get the odd BSoD every now and then, but I get one nearly every time I play this game.

Are there and tweaks or hacks I can use to remedy this issue?

Full system specs please. Help -> System Information pasted here would be best.

I suspect the memory problem is merely exacerbated by launching the game. It would be better to fix the underlying memory problem.

Perhaps this link could help you: http://getfixes.com/tutorials/how-to-fix-some-dll-errors-very-easy-for-pc-video-games.html

Especially the part about updating Microsoft Visual C++ could be useful. But like sudocrem wrote, some information about specs/OS could be useful.

http://imgur.com/9lfttal It's a pic of my system from a few months back, but everything is the same.

Can you run mdsched.exe and tell us what happens?

Latest GeForce driver in your case: http://www.nvidia.co.uk/download/driverResults.aspx/120606/en-uk

If I see correct (not sure about), it could be possible you use a laptop ? So this fix could be worth a shot, too:

Intel HD Graphics used instead of nVIDIA card - Bad performances with a nVIDIA card

Please verify if your monitor is plugged into the GPU and not the default slot of the motherboard.

* Go to the nVIDIA control panel.
* Then go to “Manage 3D Settings”, “Program Settings”.
* Look for or add “Endless Legend” on the drop-list and tell nVIDIA to use the high performance graphics processor instead of the on-board graphics card.

Other possible fixes:

* start Endless Legend.exe including admin(-istrator) rights (right mouse click on Endless Legend.exe -> preferences)

* verify integrity of game cache (right mouse click on Endless Legend in steam game list -> preferences...)

Not a laptop, Desktop PC, Monitor has never been plugged into anything other than my Graphics Card. I'll try the other possible fixes though, thank you.

I have the latest nVidia drivers, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and verified the integrity.

I'll play some more tonight and see if it happens again.

The error suggest either your RAM, Graphics card, or your CPU. The PSU could also spit out these memory errors occasionally.
It is possible that a memory-slot or card is broken. I had that one time.....I had it fixet by buying a new memory-bank. It is recommended that if you have multiple banks, you replace them all (so all banks have the same specs). Or your grpahics card is broken. Try to run another game that is demanding for your system and see what happens.
