so ehm, Roving Clan Setseke's?

i'm liking the idea behind these, and i plan to use them to move my capital into an easily defended corner once i expand some more (i tend to place all the legendary buildings there to make it a super city churning out units to protect myself) but i wonder, if i activate the Setseke ability, and before resettling, settle another city in the region i'm leaving, will my extractors be preserved?

No. If you settle another region, you will lose all your extractors and watchtowers that you have built in that region.

You will keep your build upgrades and districts tho. Extractors shouldn't be a problem imo

if placement screws you over it is XD
