people who bought the base game, then bought the 2 first expansions, still have to pay R$229 for New Frontier alone... and no option to re-buy everything for R$136...

I did something similar before, few years ago, and it worked

But as I said, they dont deserve our money. Check with a friend if they can send you as gift (probably no, but you can try, just to try everything you can)

If anything, this teach me to wait for the very last final "ok this is final" "I swear this is final" "THE DEFINITIVE FINAL" version.

I have contacted Steam Customer support, even after delete of game licence you still own the licence key, and if you purchase again you will receive the same licence number key. They recommended to contact Developers Customer Support.
I have asked 2K why they are punishing their exiting customers, why the game is advertised with excluding current customers.
They said they could not do anything about Bundles. So this is as it is.

So if you have the base game, you can buy Platiunum edition which is half of the DLCs almost on the same price as new customers receive the whole Civ VI game with all the current DLCs.

Simply on Steam you can't. Probably the ignorance of steam driving you to Epic Store, where you could find many more option, Even the upgrade exiting version.
