The most fitting celebration would be to complete the Civ offerings on Steam and make Civ 1 and Civ 2 available here.

Based on your likes, I would recommend either Humankind or Old World. Both are well- thought out and vast improvements on Civ. Each has much to offer and is a completely different experience. (neither are as complex as Universalis though, but for some that's a good thing. I have it and am still wrapping my head around everything you have to keep track of.) The only downside to Old World is that it is not offered on Steam yet, but is still worth the time if you're will to use Epic.

Or you could play the upcoming Marvel game. You know. The one the Civ 6 devs abandoned fixing this game to go create.
