Love the scenario but the pirate ship being called a brigantine still sets me off. It has 3 masts and a latin sail, could be a Pinass or Galleon, never a brig.

I will hard pass on this, like the ufo and space zombies and other things like Giant robots, you wont find any place on earth, just one more nail in the coffin

This looks like the best game mode from this pass and of course it's multiplayer only. I'm not saying they shouldn't get to play with the new features, I happen to think everything should be both multi and single player.

MP only is a hard pass for me. Not that I was interested in a pirate setting in a Civilization game anyway.

Prentending games have broken AI is kinda just a meme to look smart and skilled. Civ6's AI is ok. Not perfect, but not need to go hyperbolic about that. Maybe you're just asking something from the game that it isn't designed to offer...
What's certain is that most people didn't buy the season pass to have a better AI. They bought it to have the content promised in the season pass, obviously.
