Apparently, you don't get the reskinned Teddy and Catherine if you don't have the pass. Not sure if the changes made to Teddy and Catherine will be in a game update, or only apply if you have the skins.

Personally, I am hoping that the skins become available to those who haven't bought the pass, but have bought a certain number of the DLC covered in the pass, although I don't mind waiting until all six DLC are out first.

My decision not to buy the pass is a matter of finances, although I may be able to buy all six DLC seperately, spread out over time. I can understand the point behind the pass, but to lack extra content behind it seems a bit unfair for all those that can't justify the full expense of the pass right now in these uncertain times... especially if they intend to make the changes to Teddy and Catherine apply to all players!

Hope no more persona packs or so on are launched in the future. They seem a soft (and not subtle) form of P2W, that all serious players of all genres hate. That could be fixed (if not already so) if the host of a MP game can toggle personas on/off at launch options, but keep the secret societies feature on. Love you devs, I really have enjoyed CIV VI a lot, but you must improve faster for the coming "Humankind"...
