This patch broke my mouse? I have no mods but I can't interact with any button around the end turn button. Otherwise, my mouse can interact with anything else. It becomes a problem when it says I have a city that needs production. I have to manually go to each city and figure out which one needs something to build.

Same. Cannot successfully create a new game and have the game start.

Post patch I can play previous game saves but creating a new game crashes immediately while loading.

Disabled the few Mods I have. The game always crashes. There doesn't seem to be one special "trigger" when it happens.

These patch notes are in a painful tense. Obviously, it describes what the patch does, but from the syntax it looks like this is pointing forward to something that will be done because it uses imperative sentence structure. It looks like an internal document sent to the dev team. This might be one of the most painful to read change logs in history, including the one where they nerfed Roadhog in Overwatch.

Since this update my game either crashes or loads my saves with me as the wrong faction which I can't control. No amount of PC/game reboots fixes it.

Good to see I'm not the only one having crash issueswhen starting a new game with this new patch. I figured something must have changed, since it worked just fine before they snuck this in.

Resuming my game crashes about 15 seconds after hitting next turn. Haven't tried starting a new game like everyone else.

To anyone that can'r get Civ to run do the following things:
Unsubscribe/uninstall ALL of your mods.
If you'd rather keep them, find the mod folder and rename it to mods_backup
if that doesn't work try Validating the files.

I have found a bug where if you launch a nuke on a friend, they will not retaliate.

How about enabling crossplay between Windows and Mac? Its a shame that this is not stated on your store page and was a huge letdown for us to find out.
