Only the host can kick a player; if you are the host then it should work.

shure I'm host, and it just write in chat and nothing happens

You don't write anything in chat to kick people. Click on the drop down menu that says show players. A window to the right of chat will pop up with a list of players in the game. Simply click on the name of the player you wish to kick and select the kick option
