Unable to see Challenge of the Month on the Main Menu

There is just nothing there.
I have disabled all mods and reloaded and still can not see the option.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. All DLC purchased. I have the latest updates and I linked my account to 2k and I still don't have any monthly challenges.

Same problem here. For me I think the problem is I cannot update to version 1.0.12.58 which was the update that included challenges of the month. I can't figure out why the update isn't available to me.

I don’t think there are updates to get the challenge of the month. I think the game just reads that via the net. Are you in offline mode in Steam?

I also don't have Challenge of the month window visible in the main menu. 2k Account linked, checked on 2k page and in the game. Tried verifying files, reinstalling game and even steam. Did all regular troublshooting, updated drivers, windows etc. Everything up to date. Tried even creating new 2k account and relinked with the game/steam. Still cannot see Challenge of the Month window... I have open ticket on 2k support page - Request #12308445. Anyone managed to solve it?

Same problem, I'm on Mac as well. No mods, I've redownloaded the game several times, I have all the DLC. Not really sure what else to try at this point other than getting a support ticket like Phoenix

I'm also stuck on version 1.0.12.54, without the ability to update to 1.0.12.58. No idea what the problem is

For Windows users, solved my problem by going to "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Challenges" and deleting the .zip file (witch was empty), after relaunching the game, it downloaded the file properly and everything went fine.

Unfortunately not working for me. Additionally I have version 1.0.12.58. Still no challenge of the month. 2k support upgraded my version to Anthalogy edition, but nothing changed - I even tried reinstalling again...

So I had the same issue of not seeing the monthly challenge menu. I've played them before, but have never had an issue until the Ides of March challenge. Here are the steps I took to troubleshoot and resolve my issue:

1) Deleted the challenge folder using the instructions above
2) Re-loaded the game (still no challenge menu)
3) Unistalled, then reinstalled Civ VI (still no challenge menu)
4) Unlinked, then re-linked by 2K account (still no challenge menu)
5) Disabled all community created mods (Main Menu>Additional Content>Mods)
6) Loaded Civ VI under DirectX 12 (Eurkea! The challenge menu appeared)
7) Exited to Desktop, then reloaded under DirectX 11 (the challenge menu appeared)

I haven't started the challenge yet, but I'll report back about my experience and if I run into any more issues (example: saving, loading, gameplay errors).
