why I can't download the game now?

the game shows that the current region cannot download.what can I do ?

You are going to have to contact steam support to find out why they will not let you download something you have purchased, Sounds like something is wrong with your account unless Steam is blocking your region for some reason

It is also recommended that if you deal with things like this often, buy yourself some more storage devices for inside of your PC so you can have your games downloaded and backed up somewhere in the event you want to play them again, then you dont have to download them again when you want to play them if you were to do that. I have a lot of drives in my PC that I use just for storing Steam games that I will eventually play lol

This is unfortunately a Steam issue. Steam takes care of the download, client and network structure that allows for that. Please try at Steam support or General Steam forums.
