2) You 'claim' you knwo the policy then assume they'll give you an exception, then get all huffy when you don't, knowing full well you don't qualify for a refund.
3) Note "Waaah I didn't get a refund" does not mean "they didn't read your request". It means "they read it, and you don't qualify"
No one forces you to play more than 2 hours of the game. YOU did that. Not Steam. YOU. The refund policy is clear. When you don't meet it that's YOUR fault
Take responsibility for your actions, instead of whining that Steam wont fix a problem YOU created.
1) Played the game for less then 2 hours?
2) Owned the game for less then 14 days?
If both questions answer yes, you should get a refund, if not, you will not get a refund.
Refunds have to be requested through the support system of Steam and not the forums.
Finally, this has no bearing on Civ6, this is about Steam Support and their policies.
