Saving and autosaving not working
It's in the title. I can't save the game. What to do?

1 try running steam as admin
2 check if some antivirus/antimalware is blocking civ 6 folders

or also this
"This is how I 'finally' fixed my CIV 6 not saving issue: Uninstalled CIV 6, exited out of Steam Client, clicked Windows Key and typed Steam and then right clicked it to choose Run as Administrator (never knew this option even existed, I know... I'm not that techy) then I re-installed CIV 6 and it now saves. "

if none of that works, perhaps some civ 6 files/folders are set to read-only?
