Khmer and Indonesia DLC Not Working
I have the Khmer and Indonesia DLC installed due to getting it in the season pass, but they're not showing up either on the create game list or the scenario list. The new patch is installed and steam says that Khmer and Indonesia DLC is active. What's going on?

I have the same issue. It does say it's installed in my DLC tab, but both leaders are missing in-game and the DLC pack doesn'T say "already in your library" when looking at it on steam's store/Civ VI DLC page. Now I don't want to pay for it without being sure whether I should already have access to it or not.

I had the same problem. I was able to fix it though by unchecking the new dlc to uninstall it and then I just reinstalled it. It was in my game after that.
You can also just enable them ingame. The patch may have disabled some, like mine did. Easy fixed ingame.
For whatever reason, it turns out it disabled a bunch of my "additional content" in game. I had to turn them back on. How it managed to disabled my DLC, I have no idea.

I could also fix this by uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Same thing happened to me, I had to go in to the additional content menu and re-enable most of my DLC

This. I am currently in the exact same boat.

This method did not work for me at all. Nor did uninstalling the entire game, and then reinstalling it.

Have you tried removing the entire civ folder in Documents/MyGames/CivilizationVI

After that, my DLC civs showed up.

Did you look at the in-game "additional content" menu? For some reason the new DLC is disabled there by default.

Otherwise, remove the file documents\my games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods.sqlite - that manages DLC as well as mods, and forcing the game to resolve it may sort things out.

The content is not listed at all under the "Additional Content" menu. Disabled all, and then renabled, with negative results.

I then removed the entire folder from documents\my games, and restarted the game. Again, this gave me negative results.

What about the DLC view in your Steam Library, in the Steam client?

Civilization VI - Khmer and Indonesia Civilization & Scenario Pack, Installed Oct 15 2016

Digging deeper, the content is not listed under:

...\games\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\DLC

So it appears to not be installed, although it is listed in the Steam Library as being so.

Tried unticking it and then ticking it in the DLC view of your library?

Oh, and you're on Windows, right?

Yes, I've tried unticking and then ticking in the DLC library; negative results.

And I'm on Win10

Also, I just wanted to say thanks for trying to help me out with this. It's much appreciated.
