Gathering Storm startet nicht

Hallo.

CIV 6 startet nach dem DLC Gathering Storm nur im Standard Game Modus, obwohl laut Steam Bibliothek alle DLC´s (Rise and Fall, Gathering Storm) korrekt installiert sind.
Auch eine komplette Deinstallation von CIV 6 und sogar des kompletten Steams, hat keinerlei Abhilfe geschaffen.

Ich habe keine Idee mehr was ich machen kann.
Vielleicht kann mir ja jemand helfen

Check the Additional Content menu if the DLC is enabled.

If no, enable all official content and create a new game without loading a saved configuration.

If yes, exit the game, delete mods.sqlite from My Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization VI and start the game again.
Check the Additional Content menu and enable all official content.
Then go to create a new game, without loading a saved configuration.
