No puedo jugar a Rise and Fall - I can not play Rise and Fall

Ya tengo instalado el dlc Rise and Fall, y sin embargo, cuando voy a jugar, me sale la interfaz de siempre, y no me aparecen las nuevas civilizaciones. He provado a desinstalar el juego y volver a instalarlo, a volver a instalar el dlc de nuevo, pero nada. ¿Como puedo solucionarlo?
