Can't Move Great Works between Cities

Something is going on with the great works. I cannot move great works (art pieces or artifacts) between different cities in order to try to get themed museums or archeology artifacts. What's going on with that? Anyone else experiencing this issue? It's been going on for months now even prior to the last update.

Is it affecting art as well, or just archaeological artifacts? If I remember correctly, artifacts can only be moved after a museum is completely filled, meaning you need two full museums to swap between them.

I can't say I am, I haven't noticed any issue in the way things are moved around on my own client, so outside the issue I noted earlier I'm not sure what the case could be.

It went from click-to-move (technical term is escaping me, argh!) to click-and-drag.

this is correct. You need to "drag and drop" now. I think I went through a full game before figuring this out.

Funny thing is, there is an option to choose whatever you like best (click-to-move or click-and-drag).
