Work-around for Windows 10 version 1709, "video setup failed" error, with older laptop card.

Hey. Took me a while to figure this out this solution. Thought it might be helpful to others.

My system uses a Nvidia NVS 4200m descrete graphics card shared with an Intel HD 3000. (Scraping the bottom of the barrel). Every start attempt failed with a dialog stating that the graphics setup failed and the log files mention a swap chain error with direct x.

If this sounds familiar, there are two different work-arounds:

1) Disable 'Full Screen Optomizations" from inside the main executable 'Compatibility' settings located here: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Base\Binaries\Win64Steam"

2) Windows -> Settings -> Gaming -> Game Bar : Uncheck the "Show Game bar" option.

Both worked for me.

It worked for me, but now its just blank with music. I have same graphics.
