After contacting the game company and Best Buy my problem was solved... well not really. What happened with me is at the register the person checking me out had a problem scanning the DDcard for DDE Civ 6 so they manually entered in the number, however they entered the number for Civ 5 instead, but at the same time I was charged for the cost of "Regular" Civ 6, but the reciept shows DDE Civ 6 but also Civ 5 right under it with the cost of "Regular" Civ 6 to the right of it, and the code it printed out on the same reciept was the code for "Regular" Civ 6. So I was charged for "Regular" Civ 6 and got the code for "Regular" Civ 6, but their computers say I bought Civ 5, but the DDcard I brought to them and still physically have is for DDE Civ 6. Yes, I know, very confusing, and doesn't make sense but thats how it literally happened. Note that I purchased this on Black Friday. So in the end they would not refund my money so I could use it to buy what I was originally trying to buy because they have a no refund policy on DDs. And since I paid for the cost of "Regular" Civ 6 and got "Regular" Civ 6 then it's not like they over charged me. So I guess the lesson here is always check that the correct item was rung up at the register before sliding your card to pay for it.
