Missing DLC content.
Maybe someone can help me. I have the deluxe edition Civ VI. In my steam library it shows all DLC content is installed. I go into the game and under the additional content section all the DLC is listed there and enabled. I go to create a game or try a scenario and nothing is there. My game looks vanilla.

I have the same problem. I purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition (PC) on 11/25/2016 from Best Buy. After the winter update, neither of the DLCs were showing up anywhere in game. I deleted the folders under the DLC folder and ran a Verify Integrity of Game Cache. It detected the missing files and redownloaded them. I started up the game and still cannot see Poland in single player or the Vikings scenario under additional content. However, I am able to see Poland in multiplayer now, but Poland has a red banner that says I do not own the DLC. Is it possible that there is an issue with Steam not reading my version as the Digital Deluxe because I did not purchase it directly from the Steam Store, or could it be something on Best Buy's side? What do you think?

After contacting the game company and Best Buy my problem was solved... well not really. What happened with me is at the register the person checking me out had a problem scanning the DDcard for DDE Civ 6 so they manually entered in the number, however they entered the number for Civ 5 instead, but at the same time I was charged for the cost of "Regular" Civ 6, but the reciept shows DDE Civ 6 but also Civ 5 right under it with the cost of "Regular" Civ 6 to the right of it, and the code it printed out on the same reciept was the code for "Regular" Civ 6. So I was charged for "Regular" Civ 6 and got the code for "Regular" Civ 6, but their computers say I bought Civ 5, but the DDcard I brought to them and still physically have is for DDE Civ 6. Yes, I know, very confusing, and doesn't make sense but thats how it literally happened. Note that I purchased this on Black Friday. So in the end they would not refund my money so I could use it to buy what I was originally trying to buy because they have a no refund policy on DDs. And since I paid for the cost of "Regular" Civ 6 and got "Regular" Civ 6 then it's not like they over charged me. So I guess the lesson here is always check that the correct item was rung up at the register before sliding your card to pay for it.
