Gift of the Nile Missing Settlers
Hi I am playing the Scenario Gift of the Nile as the Nubia Civ. I want to build a second city, but there isn't an option to build a settler. Please help :)

you dont build settlers in the scenario, you get through the tech/civic trees

Very much working as designed. That's one of the special rules for the scenario.
