Who is this clown? Is a well know fact that modders can't fully modify this game since day one because they don't have full access to it. Hence why the AI has never been fixed by mods and we don't have Vox Populi for Civ 6. I don't need to cite ♥♥♥♥. Google it.
That doesn't bode well for Civ 7 then. They will probably use the same AI and who knows what else if that's the case.
