Yes, totaly enough. You'll have the core game + the 2 expansions DLCs.
So 100% of the gameplay.
You'll just miss some civilziations added later in the season pass ans widely dispensable game modes like "zombies" or "pirates"...
If you really like the game, maybe later you'll consider buying the season pass to have access to all the civs, but Platinium is already all that you need for fun.
I will always recommend Anthology, but if the price really is a barrier, you can't go wrong with Platinum.
