Report a translation problem
I have not installed any mods
There is also the chance Steam is updating any files that were marked as damaged or missing. That shouldn't happen, and when it does it can be an early sign that your storage drive has an issue. But it is not PROOF that is the case.
Forgot to add.... I haven't seen any updates in quite a while now. But if one does pop up anytime soon, I'll come back and update. This is why I don't think a normal update is your issue.
Or, perhaps my 10 year old ssd is having a bad time..
