Eh? I disagree to the popup every time I load into the game. Hasn't hindered gameplay from what I can tell. I don't think its a EULA.
OP, uninstalling the game doesn't remove everything. There is a folder with saves and settings etc. left behind. Try deleting that folder, too. (I'm just guessing it might help, though.)
And if you have saved games, move those out first.
You can disagree to their terms, but if you play the game nevertheless you "automatically" accept - what you can read about in EULA...
Maybe it's different on Mac.
The EULA is their generic company wide EULA, so it covers people browsing on their website, speaking with their agents, playing their games, etc.
So not everything in the EULA is applicable to the game. Doesn’t mean they won’t put stuff in there like that, but it also doesn’t mean there is stuff like that in there.
A few years ago they had a big uproar when adding red shell to this game. After a few months, they took that right back out. That was much closer to actual spyware you needed to worry about. Think it’s fairly clean right now.

Yeah, but that's gonna accept the popup. I don't want to do that. And I don't think the OP does either.
The popup is something extra, I believe.
