Historically Inaccurate leaders - Suleiman
omg you are designing historical game and you are not even able to use one single google search to check and to portrait the Suleiman accurately. there are only 2 portrait of Suleiman in the historical archives and you still used inaccurate skin color. (which is fine but you changed it. it was not that skin tone before.) Please explain yourself dear CIV team.
lame. ignorant. inaccurate.

the skin color is not that off. Also do you mean his skin color is changed compared to a different civ game? Or just real life. I'm confused

just google 'suleiman' there are only 2 portrait and both of them has no relation what civ team has done :( and yes according to prev. tone they made it darker. but im curious whats the reason? what is the discussion behind? in the meeting; 'lets make suleiman skin tone darker lol' or something?

Skin color IS off. He should look European, but he looks like he is from Ethiopia. Most Ottoman Sultans have European or Caucasian mothers. It can be seen from Suleiman's portraits that he has a rather fair skin. But why do they keep modelling them as African or Middle Eastern??? Look him on google!!!! Does he even look similar?

Historical inaccuracy in a game about creating alternative histories? Go figure. Still the character as shown still has fairly light toned skin, looks most like a slightly tanned person rather then any middle eastern skin tone.

To me he looks middle-eastern. I mean, how black is black anyway? Compare him to Mansa Musa in the game and you can tell he doesn't look anywhere near as dark. There have even been black people who have passed for white in history. I really don't see why you have an issue with this anyway. Also, Ghandi looks pretty white in the game than he actually was. Ghandi had very dark skin, definitely much darker than Ben Kingsley who played him in the movie.
