How to force DX11

I just recently started playing civ 6 again after a few months. While it is great to see the silly loader is now no longer required, I need to figure out how to start the game using DX11 and not DX12. DX12 Constantly crashes civ 6 on my PC (not other games, just civ 6). So I always played using DX11 which worked great. But there no longer seems to be a way to choose DX11. How can I force DX11 so I can keep playing?

Library > Right click Civ 6 > Select Properties
Look for the launch option.

It pops up for me automatically when I click launch for the game...
